Copenhagen 18/9 2022. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Very dark can with some vague crop circles and the well-designed logo of the brewery in gold.
Pours opaque dark brown with with a big beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, dark and malty odor mingling with a earthy scent. Dark roasted malts, chocolate and brown sugar. Humid soil and compost. Pipe tobacco and leather.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, sticky, soft, creamy and almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and pleasantly creamy. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry and sugary.
Sweet powerhouse with a light earthy touch.
