Big, strong Belgian pale ale brewed with a touch of wheat and an authentic Belgian yeast strain. This gives the beer it's banana like aroma and flavor.

For a 9% Trippel, it is surprisingly smooth and fruity. Hazy orange appearance. Banana flavor dominant.

Got in a BIF from OzzyLizard. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy deep golden orange color with a small fairly dense off white head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing pretty quickly. Minimal lacing on the glass, and a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big apricot, red apple, pear, grape, banana, bubblegum, clove, peppercorn, wheat, biscuit dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/grassy bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Slight wheat/yeast tang/tartness. Medium high carbonation and medium-full body. Fairly crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky hop mouthfeel. Lingering sticky hop drying, with no astringency. Light increasing warmth of 9% after the finish. Very smooth for the ABV and spot on for the base style. Very impressive.
