Northwestern Pennsylvania style IPA brewed with Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic Hops. These hop varieties give the beer it’s citrusy aroma and flavor.

Got in a BIF from OzzyLizard. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours very hazy/cloudy golden orange color, with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention. Dense soapy lacing on the glass, moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Taste follows through with the nose, with a light-medium pine/rind/earthy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body. Balanced creamy/grainy malt, and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering resin drying with no astringency. Minimal warming 6.5% or hop burn. Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops; but feels like mostly Amarillo. Very juicy, dank, and earthy balanced hops; with a nicely soft malt backbone. No complaints. Very classic tasting hazy.
