Pale ale dry hopped with Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin. A side salad with big body and tropical grapey dankness. Crispy and refreshing as a cucumber in jelly. Stick it in aspic, that’s a salad!

Pours a hazy pale yellow with soapy head.
Smell is fruity, juicy and pepery with notes of gooseberries, grapes, white wine, citrus, pineapple and grass.
Taste is crisp, fruity and peppery. Notes of gooseberries, grapes, white wine, peach, citrus and grass. Very refreshing with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a superb low ABV IPA, plenty of flavor and great body.
