A New England IPA dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin T90, Peacharine T90, Nectaron T90, and Citra BBC. Brewed using a trough-full of overnight steeped oats for a luscious milky body that hugs fruity hoppy aromas. I am starving, brother.

Copenhagen 16/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Steel can with an orange label with some happy pigs messing with a cauldron of oat porridge.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with and overpowered by a strong citric scent. Peach and apricot. Sharp grapefruit and lemon.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, a bit viscous , almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. A bit searing. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Tart and smooth.
