Belgian-style Tripel with upfront clove spice, pear, and a drying, yet filling alcohol warmth. Pear, clove, warming.

No date on can, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a vibrant gold with thick foam and a lot of bubbles. Aroma is bubblegum, cloves, a little citrus, and very bright pepper. Flavor follows nose well, with tons of white pepper and clove alongside some bubblegum and a lovely bittersweet kick. It reminds me of a less boozy and more malty Delirium Tremens. There's a good bitterness and low sweetness alongside all of the phenols and strange yeast flavors, and it really has a lot going for it with extremely low alcohol burn. Feel is great, extremely carbonated but a little lower compared to others in the style, and it's probably the most drinkable American tripel I've found. All of the flavors are expressed potently but very smoothly, which is incredibly unique. There's a lot of depth and complexity here while still being easy to put down and enjoy.
Overall, Fait la Force is known for great Belgians, and this cements it. This is the best American tripel I've ever had, and is one of the best beers in Nashville. After drinking this, I've come to realize most of their beers are in a similar style to it, probably because it's exceptional.

Clear yellow, white foam.
Little grainy and yeasty.
Sweet more than hoppy or herbal, my preference for a tripel. Alcohol isn't jumping out, very well done.
Light, crisp.
