Belgian-style pilsner made with traditional Belgian pilsner malt and Saaz hops. Fermented, spunded, and lagered in horizontal lagering tanks, this Belgian-style Pils is crisp and dry with a firm, herbal bitterness to create a highly drinkable beer.

No date on can, slow pour into a pils glass.
Pours a lovely pale gold with some good foam. It's a pils, so I slow poured it regardless of the substyle, and it held up quite well. Aroma is honey and herbs, some spiciness. Flavor is great, albeit a little mild. Some great cereal malt flavors and some bitterness, but I'm unsure what's Belgian about it. It tastes like a lighter, less bitter German pils. There's some lemon and honey as well and overall, lots of cool flavors, but it's just a little too light. Feel is good, super bright and heavily carbed.
Decent pils overall, just not my favorite in the city. I think a little more hoppiness would've done this one well.
