No date on can, into a pils glass.
Pours a nice very pale yellow with excellent foam and lacing. Aroma is sweet apple and rather rich malt, with a little herbal kick on the back end. Flavor is surprisingly deep malt with a little bitterness and a good amount of sweetness. It feels a little too deep to be a proper kolsch, but I do like it. There's a decent bitterness not found in their helles and it's quite refreshing due to the low sugar content. Feel is good, pretty lively, but I would've wanted more. Very low body as well, easy to drink and enjoyable.
Overall, not the best kolsch in the city, but still tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
