Pours a very effervescent hazel color with 4+ fingers of tan head ( guess a gentle pour was in order ). Above average head retention & slightly less better lacing
S: Smells like a classic Rausch Bier, a little butterscotch
T: Smokeyness, a little caramel & dryness up front, pretty roasty. Some sweet juicy fruit notes that I tend to pick up in a lot of smoked beers, roastyness & plenty of smoke as this beer warms. Finishes pretty dry, roasty & smokey with a slight treacle sweetness
MF: Medium body, gentle carbonation, Carbonation picks up as this warms
Pretty solid offering, the first can didn't strike me that way, maybe not cool enough
