A crisp, smooth, light-bodied wheat beer infused with Saanich Peninsula wildflower honey. It's perfect for summer sipping in the BC sunshine!

A hazy mid yellow colour with a distinct wheat nose. I found this beer to have a kind of off flavour that made it not very likable. The bottle was fresh from the brewery so I wonder if the beer is always like this. Wouldn't buy it again. Their other beers are so much better.

This is my original review. I had it again in 2009, and this would be SEVERELY downgraded.

A: Golden straw; very little head (or retention), slight lace.

S: Slight wheaty aroma with mild British-like fruity esters (bubble-gum?).

T: Wheaty grain, bready, fruity esters & a touch of sweet honey.

M: Light to moderate body is creamy/silky; light to moderate carbonation.

D: Good.
