Irish Cream Porter
This is a special small batch that Perry helped brew – a Porter with notes reminiscent of that creamy Irish deliciousness that goes nicely in coffee.

Had Perrypalooza at the Tanasi Tap Room on draft into clear plastic pint tumbler.
Pours apparently black but deep golden brown when backlit, with minimal quickly-dissipating head, leaving no lace. Kind of a cardboard aroma, or maybe just cherry (not a fan of that fruit), and a little creamy chocolate. Begins smooth and creamy, then a lot of cherry arrives and carries into a mild chocolate finish, with a hint of spices over a barely there but legitimate roast malt porter base.
All about the cherry smoothness, although not what most would expect in an English Porter.
