7/9/25 - (Las Vegas Brewing Company) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Brewery Notes: $5 HH special, 7.0% ABV, West Coast IPA. Classic West Coast style IPA - hop forward with medium -high bitterness. Brewed with El Dorado hops and then dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra.
Appearance: 16 oz draft served in a shaker pint glass. Crystal clear golden base, steady carbonation, bright white head leaves generous lacing and creamy cover over the base. 4.5
Aroma: Mild pine, light citrus, dank. 3.5
Taste: Flipped from the aroma. Citrus leads, pine backs. Good. 3.75
Mouthfeel: Gentle light carbonation. Drinks about at the 7.0% ABV. Fairly dry, substantial bitterness, any sweet flavors contained. Citrus pine dry finish. 4.25
Overall: This is a solid WCIPA, more felt than tasted with substantial heft, flavor profile expected and good. Glad I selected, would return. 4.0

Look: clear yellowish-orange in color with a 1/2" head that lasts a bit.
Smell: some citrus and pine are detectable by the nose.
Taste: caramel, grapefruit, a hint of mango, mild pine, and a bit of earthiness. Bitterness is moderate.
Feel: medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp throughout with a bit of dryness late.
Overall: easy drinking IPA that is well balanced.
