Technically, I fell off the Dry January wagon last night at the Jimmy Buffet concert. But, this is my first pint of in house microbrewery beer that I get to rate this year. Good times. Anyway, let's get to this dry Dry Irish Stout. Classic dark look with a quarter inch head that stay atop this beer. This beer is also: rich, tasty, and did I mention dry. Definitely in style and on point, a very worthy 9:45 am breakfast beer.

Look: dark brown in color with a thick cascading head that slowly settles to a 1/4" foam.
Smell: some roasted malt is easily picked up by the nose.
Taste: roasted malt, hints of coffee and dark chocolate, and very mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Smooth and creamy throughout with a hint of dryness late.
Overall: nitro pour which made this look great and it had a nice balanced flavor profile. Super easy to drink this one.
