Bright and refreshing- this kölsch is the first of many in our series of collaborations with Nevada State Parks! This beer showcases the Ice Age Fossils State Park which is home to many fossils including the Camelops (an extinct genus of the camel). Brewed using Extra Pale Pilsner Malt and just a dash of Red Wheat Malt, giving you a cripsy bev with medium body.
