750ml jar, obtained at the taproom. Filled on 12/27/2022.
Unfiltered, cloudy straw colored body. Two fingers of white head. Leaves some scattered spots of lacing.
Aroma has a toasted malt base, and a nose of floral hops.
Taste has floral hops laying over the toasted malt base. Hoppy in the aftertaste, and slightly spicy.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
An older style beer that is acceptably well done by this brewer. The unfiltered body appearance is attractive.
