I had this beer on-tap in a tumbler at the brewery in Zürich.
Appearance: pale yellow hue with plenty of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with notes of pineapple and hints of citrus — perhaps even a lime zest note. I dig it.
Taste: a fair dose of sweetness with a hop character that has a little more passionfruit than pineapple. There's a little hop burn as well. Kind of generically tropical, but still I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty good hazy IPA. Maybe not quite up with the best American examples, but probably the best IPA I've had in Switzerland.
