Short pour at Bluemont Station. Black pour thin, almost no head. Sweet aroma with notes of chocolate. Taste is roasty malts and a decent amount of chocolate, but not getting any other of the Snickers flavors.

When I first sniffed and sipped this, I thought it was way too caramelly sweet, though the overriding initial impression was dark chocolate. After letting it sit, it still leans just a little sweet, but the coffee and oatmeal start to come through. The coffee is what I think brings very dark chocolate impression in the nose and opening taste. The late and lingering flavors are much more distinctly coffee with a thread of caramel working through it.
