On tap at brewery:
Clear straw-leaning golden body, with whispers of head sustained on a hero pour. Carbonation also has a lean, towards a dull prickliness (makes sense in my kind). An ice cold beer (as initially served) is a little stiff in character, with mineral, clay, and grass notes that seem like they could become something.
With some warmth, the carbonation evens out and a little malt sweetness comes in front. The beer is still a bit more earthy bitter than grassy, but its balance is a bit more in line, with the grass lingering a little longer. The nose isn’t too strong and seems in the wet cut grassy range from what I can sense.
It comes a little more average in my critical analysis than it did when I had one and just drank it.
