Copenhagen 19/5 2021. 47,3 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. What looks like an old Commodore computer game with pixels and crude vessels on the can.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a both sweet and fermented odor and a quite sharp almost chemical scent. Peach and overripe mango. Citrus concentrate with hints of grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, slightly viscous yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong fermented sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit overripe but I suppose that goes with the territory.
