Inspired by the Atari game from the 80s, we brought a burst of hops into the cans.

Copenhagen 23/4 2021. 47,3 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. What looks like an old DOS-based computer game involving different modes of transportation and a river on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fruity and fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with more subtle citric notes. Mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Mustard. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Juicy and well-balanced. Smooth as Hell.
