Oct. 2004. (33 cl can, bought in Greece). Pale golden colour, low head. Very weak grassy aroma, hints of citrus. Fairly fresh and clean flavour, rather neutral but not unpleasant.

The colour is yellow. The airy white head is two fingers high.
The smell is mildly bitter and dry with some yeast.
The taste is not very exciting. Some yeast, some malt, some bitterness. Sour hints, as well as some bread. The aftertaste got notes of cheap hop extract and white bread.
The mouth feel is watery; the carbonation strong. Large bubbles.
In one word: Uninteresting.

Not much going on here. Poured a wheat-straw gold. Tight head that quickly subsided. Sweet grain in the nose. Flavor was a bit rough and grainy, bordering on harsh. Light Bavarian grapey hops in the background. Finish was fairly clean, with lingering bittersweetness.

Pours a clear sunny yellow.
Smell is light with a grain and lemony scent.
Taste is toasted grain with sweetness to it. Tastes buttery with a mild bitterness in the finish. Has a clean finish with no off flavors. More Lager than Pilsner.
Mouthfeel is good.
Very drinkable, solid Lager.

The beer departs the bottle a crystal clear gold color with a pythonic sized frothy white head, as it dissipates; it leaves a thin sheet of lace to obscure the glass. Nose is lightly sweet, crisp and clean as one expects from a pilsner, start is lightly sweet and the top thin. Finish has a nice hop presence, the acidity benign and the aftertaste quite dry, a fair to average pilsner, and a good beer to cleanse the palate.
