This collaboration with our Colorado friends - Knotted Root - is a DDH West Coast IPA. This IPA from over the divide is hopped with Centennial, Citra, Pink, and Anchovy (yes Anchovy, it's a hop). The huge dry hop brings notes of Limoncello and Cedar. Stone Path Pilsner malt gives light malt flavor that pairs nicely with the mellow, yet lasting hop bitterness.
