This collab beer is a scaled up version of our Woods Hole Oatmeal Stout. Fresh whole coffee beans from Pie in the Sky Bakery and Cafe were added directly to the fermentor for a slow, cold extraction over 2 days. An enticing aroma of caffè mocha leaps from the glass in this balanced melding of coffee and stout beer.
