Bottled in 2003, expire like next month Thanks Lubiere. Foams incredibly. Aroma a little funky. Deep yellow with lots of white head. Still carbonated. Light creamy mouthfeel, otherwise. A little funky yeasty, a little malty. And then its all gone. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde ale with large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral Belgian malt with some spicy yeast notes also discernable. Taste is a refreshing mix between some floral malt with some light sweet notes and a peppery and spicy yeast finish. Full body with good carbonation and no alcohol could be detected. Refreshing and well done for the style even though finish could have been hoppier.

Straw coloured - blonde, with green reflexes. Very clear. Light foam, quickly falling.
The smell is fresh hop, at the start, with a good floral, but in the end, it leave a feeling of something not really fresh. Honey. Something not really right.
In the taste the same notes, with camomile. Not too fresh again. A bit sweet, and lightly sickly. Honey again.
Medium light body, with an aftertaste of camomile, dry flowers, and honey.
