A: The beer is very hazy amber yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high off white head that died down, leaving a short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of oak are present in the nose along with some hints of Belgian yeast. As the beer warms up, the Belgian yeast becomes less noticeable and aromas of dessert wine become noticeable.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of dessert wine plus notes of Belgian yeast and mustard seeds.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a good job at blending flavors of the dessert wine long with strong notes of Belgian yeast. It does a good job at hiding most of its alcohol.
