Pours a hazy, pale golden coloration with a small, frothy head. Smell is dominated by citric acidity and the typical Alvinne Morpheus yeast profile, with just a hint of earthy/spicy rye character as well. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by citric acidity and tart green apple, as well as the typical, earthy/woody/herbal Morpheus yeast profile and some mild additional spice from the rye malt. Finishes quite tart, with some citric acidity lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Quite a nice Berliner Weiße that doesn't benefit from the eponymous rye malt that much though. Good overall balance, with a very nice sourness, but somewhat lacking that rye punch.

330ml bottle from Beer52:
This one was quite an odd beer on the face of it, a Belgian brewed Berliner weisse that was collaborated on with a Spanish brewery but I can't say it was one I was particularly looking forward to trying. It started with a lot of funk & tart coming through, particularly the taste but once it settled down some & opened up a little there wwas some nice citrus flavours coming through on top of a little wheat & the odd background fruit. Given it's not one of my favourite styles to beer & the fact that I found this one a little sour & one dimensional, it's probably not one that I'll be picking up again but it's always good to try a new beer I guess.

A collaboration between basques Laugar and Alvinne from Belgium. Sour, fruity taste, even a bit salty like a Gose. The taste resembles the raw cider from Asturias on a wheat/rye body, with all those fruity notes in the nose for a lovely aroma full of tartness and lactics. Very refreshing and balanced in the mouth, with just the right amount of tartness to make it approachable.
