A 500ml bottle, with a best before date of January 2022. Poured into an Alvinne teku glass.
Appearance: A reddish orange brown colour with a less than half finger off white head that dissipated quickly while leaving some nice lacing.
Aroma: Juicy, cherry, raspberry, oak, with notes of nail polish and vinegar.
Taste: Sour, tart, cherry, raspberry, oak, tannin, a touch vinous, and touches of vinegar.
Mouthfeel: Dry, medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: An enjoyable balanced sour.

To my opinion easily the best beer ever made by Alvinne. What a fruit explosion. Raspberries and Cherries are blended nicely without overpowering one another.

L: Hazy orange-edged crimson pour. A finger of a pinkish-white soapy head, lingers, messy lacing all the way down.
S: Vibrant, fresh cherry and raspberry. Sweet. Juicy. Slight whiff of tartness. Light backing cheese, must, and wet oak.
T: Gorgeous balance. Natural, fresh, and juicy cherry/raspberry explosion. Hints of plum skin. Tannic. Spot-on sourness - plays off the fresh fruit beautifully. As it goes down the mouth fills with a lovely mix of tart cherries and funky, cheese-rubbed oak.
F: Medium bodied. Creamy (almost thick). Moderately dry (wanting more!). Moderate-low carbonation (again, wanting more!).
O: Better than fresh RdG, better than all of the Framboos I've had. Worth every penny and makes me want to seek out their other fruited Lambic!
