Copenhagen 22/1 2020. 33 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give (Webshop). Yellow and brown-ish label with a cluster of grapes and some information that “Morfeus yeast is inside”.
Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweetish and with a sharp, sour odor peeking in. Fruity, lightly sweet odor of grapes. Lightly funky. Tart berries, vinegar. Slightly acidic.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is like tart, dry white wine.
Nice combination of sweet grapes and sour sharpness.

Semi-clear amber appearance with a moderate fizzy light pink head that recedes quickly to a collar. Fruity, grape, slight tart, mild oak, mild funk. Medium body, medium carbonation.

Pours pretty, filtered and bubbly off orange that resembles a wine.
Smells very astringent, but still plenty short of vinegar. Grape must is heavily present, along with the intense tartness of the yeast. As it warms, more complexities come through, with nodes of cherries and horse blanket.
Tastes of grape musk, funk, cherries, and a vague but pleasant mustiness. It all sort of wallops you all at once. The finish is dry and vinious. Not a perfect combination, but nice enough all the way through.

Clear reddish colour.
Smells like an wine barrel.
Deep sour impression, with an oily aftertaste. It feels like a really dry wine with high acidity, resembling more to a cider than to a beer.
For the fans only.

Had on tap. Pours clear, orange-brown in color with minimal head. Taste is oak and white grapes. Medium bodied slightly sour and very tasty. Glad I found this one on tap. Could have several.

Draft at The Sovereign. Hazy, light orange body with a soapy white collar. Aromas of white grape, grape juice. Definitely getting more white than red wine. Musty, funky, tasty. Notes of port as the beer is allowed to warm.
