33cl bottle, bb in 20 months.
Flaccid but persistent foam, slightly orangey shade of pink. Cute.
Aroma is enticing raspberries with a hint of tartness. There are some more fruity notes there as well.
Taste is very fresh and just the right kind of tart with some citrus lingering on one's tongue when the raspberries have receded. The fruit never gets tiring. And the creaminess makes you want more.
Excellent fruity sour -- one could think of it as a soft framboise even in a blind tasting.

Had on tap. pours clear, pink in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is raspberries and sour mix. Light bodied, medium-high carbonation, and tart. Makes for a delicious moderately sour dessert beer. Good, but I prefer others in the style.

in collaboration with spanish operation laugar, this is really beautiful beer, complex as can be for a berliner, almost lambic-esque in some ways, definitely has a real mature funk to it on top of the clean bright lacto souring side of this, and if its not at least partially oak aged, i would be shocked, it has that roundness and maturity, but not a ton of wood flavor. the beer is bright electric pink, with a lazy but lasting white head, and a gorgeous aroma of fresh picked and smashed tart raspberries. lots of them. i get a floral element to the yeast which makes this even more summery, and the fruit is so juicy and fresh without being sweet, its incredible. great tartness to this, puckery and mouthwatering but without being too sour to make it a session beer. tons of yeast character, i like it being kind of wild still on top of the front end souring, the funk is awesome, and the fruit seems to thrive with it. pungent raspberry and lemony acidity to finish, rushing carbonation, dry by the end, tangy, delicate, profound. cant get enough alvinne in my life right now, this is as dynamic as the style gets!
