Collaboration with Insight Brewing Company
First batch was an Insight Brewing Collab. Sour'ire de Mortagne with peaches we smoke ourself added to the barrels. Hard to pick a style. Flemish Sour Ale, Fruitbeer as well since we added peached but above all I think Smoked Beer due to the smoked peaches. Fermented with our own wild house yeast strain 'Morpheus'.

Amber color with a bit of beige foam. Aroma has light smoked notes and fruits. Taste follows smoked and tart with peach preserve juice flavor. Bitter and dry finish with fruit seed notes. Light body with medium carbonation. Really dry and astringent but quite tasty.

Sampled at Borefts 2016, Bodegraven. Dark caramel pour with a tan head. Notes of smoked peaches, dried fruit, malt sugars. Medium body and carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.
