Served at home in a snifter glass. Pours a beatiful red colour, medium head with short retention, Almost no lacing.
Aroma has barrel notes, sweet wine, green apples, sour notes, spices.
Medium to full body, oily texture, normal carbonation. Dry sour finish.
Taste is sour, with barrel, green apples, sweet wine, spices.

Sampled at Borefts 2016, Bodegraven. Hazy orange with a tan head. Notes of caramel and dried fruit. Full body, light carbonation and a sweet finish
