On tap at The Sovereign in Washington DC.
This one pours a golden dark brown color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like fig, caramel, apricot jam, toasted bread, raisins, plum, spice, and toffee. There's a bit of possible acidity on the nose.
This is a really unique barleywine, and I like it. There's just the most subtle hint of acidity, but it's mostly malty sweet goodness and fruity barrel. There's apricot jam and stone fruit, dark fruit, caramel, toffee, light oak, prune, apple filling, and vague spicing.
This is medium bodied, with a lower level of carbonation, and a nice drinkability, due to the very little booziness.
This was a real treat to be able to find on draft.

Reddish brown, clear, low carbonation. Smells malty, some sweetness, bit of the wine. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Bready malts, plenty of raisins, some warming alcohol. Bit sweeter than the port, and a bit savory. Autumnal, I'd almost call it. Thanks Cor!

L - clear amber, thin white head
S - characteristic morpheus yeast, coconut, vanilla, a bit of toffee, pineapple. Some funk from the yeast
T - estery with overriped apple mostly, some burnt toffee, low tartness compare to what the smell makes you think. Vanilla.
Some sweetness. Balanced but not very complex
M - a bit syrupy, low carbonation
O - an enjoyable but a bit odd beer. Anyway very drinkable for the really high abv
