Served in a goblet glass from the bottle.here at CervecerÃa Esparte un Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Thin body, with medium to heavy bubbles creating a thick tan head rising over a finger length and settling quick after two sips with even lacing.
Smell: Yeasty scent with heavy lemon skin scent. It's potent but not the most appetizing aroma.
Taste: Sour cherry with hints of yeast and bread. The imperial stout body is somewhat missing and is more slightly compared to a red flanders beer.
Mouth: Thin body with medium carbonation. Very sticky.
Overall: Good but not great. Has tweaking where the bourbon was missing and the cranberry feel and cherries soaked in wood with yeast. Hesitate to buy or buy it just to share it. Salud!
