Morpheus yeast pushed to its best.
The whole thing tastes like an 'arlequin' candy. It has an alanmanmazing fruity complexity.
The most impressive thing is the smell. With a tingling in my nose, it seems like I'm having an orgasm in my naustral every time I take upon it.
It's obviously on the acetic side. You've got some pineapple, some pear, some apple and some oak presence.
The taste is balanced with a certain tartness and a bit of sweetness. The oak is certainly French. Like in great Bordeaux wine. It brings vanilla notes. I also got a bit of bready and buttery notes but not like in a diacetyl problem.
The mouthfeel is semi-dry.
Amazing beer. Maybe their best one. In anyway the best example of the Morpheus yeast in action.
