Copenhagen 1/8 2019. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Alvinne' usual yellow and brown label which gives reminiscences to the 1970-ties.
Pours hazy orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. moderate lacing.
Aroma is strongly sour with a sweet odor rummaging in the background. Vinegar, sour unripe berries, green apples. Faint sweet fruit - might be the plum - lurking. Almost vinous. Think sour Italian White Wine.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, tightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, vinegary sourness. Aftertaste is sharp and bitter. Light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while.
The light sweetness lifts the sharp sourness. The Plums is a bit subdued but makes a difference.

Hazy amber colour no head
Morpheus yeast all over the place.
The white wine barrel is great as always.
The plum is very nice and brings a bit of sweetness and no acidty.
World class as always
