Was looking to try some beers from Alvinne. They come highly recommended but never tried any before.
Served in my trusty "Seef" tumbler.
Smells of gooseberries
Beer is pea soup hazy and copper orange in colour.
Flavour is a very concentrated sour apple with almond and coriander.
Mouthfeel resembles banana and is somewhat sticky
Aftertaste gives a bit of sweetness from the earthy malts. Becomes more "heavy", like dough, over time.
I'm not completely sure about this one. Flavour is great, I love sour bears, but the aftertatse is a bit offfsetting.
