For our first take on the U.S market, we took our Incognita Tropical, a really dense and fruity double juicy ipa and we went even further, transforming it in a Triple Juicy ipa, adding Citra and Talus to the mix and fermenting with a new set of yeast that enhance the fruity characters of the hops.

A: Pours a bright milky murky mango yellowish orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright orange + bright yellow + pale orange + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall creamy dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + gooseberry + woody hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat malts with a moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat malts with a moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + gooseberry + woody hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving moderate lingering citrus hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Drinks pretty easily with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel with some hop burn/astringency and dryness. Enjoyable hop profile.
