Buggy Whip Kolsch is the newest addition to our German beer catalog, you will pick up notes of bread-like flavors and a slight fruitiness from the top fermented yeast used which makes this beer style unique. We use German pilsner malt in this brew which aids in keeping the beer crisp and clear, and a touch of wheat for added smoothness.
