We took our imperial stout and aged it in used Hinterhaus bourbon barrels for twelve months. Then we added cacao nibs and locally roasted coffee beans from our friends at Seed2Cup. This decadent full body stout is 12% ABV with notes of chocolate, coffee, and molasses.
