The second installation in our series of experimental NEIPA’s. Toppling Robot V2 is brewed with Nor’East pilsner malt, flaked + malted oats, and flaked wheat. Mosiac, Simcoe and Rakau hops in the whirlpool, finished with a dry-hop addition of Strata and British ale yeast.
Toppling Robot V2 presents strong notes of fresh cut pineapple accompanied by guava and strawberry. Soft, dry subtlety tart finish.
