Brewed by Ryan and his wife Stephanie to celebrate the life of their dog, Calli. Schwarzbier, or "black beer", drinks more like a pilsner than a stout, despite its color. Brewed with Minnesota wild rice, there's a touch of earthiness, nuttiness, and bittersweet chocolate. Join us in raising a middle finger to cancer, and raising a glass to those taken too soon!
