For our first fruited beer of 2022 we took a Wheat Saison fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels and refermented it on Michigan Strawberries that we got from Krohne Plant Farms.

Reddish orange with a pinkish tint, a finger of foam rises and audibly fizzles away.
Amazing aroma of wild strawberries, fresh and rustic with a hint of bacterial funk from the barrel. No acidity in the aroma, it reminds me of a good bottle of Hanssens Oudbeitje.
Taste has the same wild strawberry note that lingers, also some grainy cereal/corn chip notes present that suggest THP. Thankfully doesn't overwhelm, and it may clear up over time. Mellow feel, light carb, easy sipper.

"2022 Harvest". Released 8/19/22; drank 8/26/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy orange/pink appearance.
A slow pour yielded a small, noisy white head; decent lace.
Strawberry, well-preserved library book & mild horse blanket funk in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Strawberry & horse blanket flavors up front; well-preserved library book and faint mint notes on the finish.
It's bold, and a bit odd; in a group setting, it got shit on, but enjoyed leisurely at my own pace I wound up enjoying this. No masterpiece, but a curio worth trying.
