Cellared a year. Jet black body with a big brown collar. Baker’s chocolate with a blend of oaks mostly dark, bourbon, caramel, hint of brown sugar, raisin, and raisin in nose. Very boozy and thin feel, malty I guess. Taste features bitter roast and dark chocolate, but no depth of barrels, slight twinge on end. Blend and maltwork need refinement
