Blend of 3 different Imperial Stouts 2 of which were aged in Bourbon Barrels. Finished in a Cognac Barrel with Madagascar Vanilla Beans.

Pitch black pour with a light brown cap. Vanilla with fudge, supported by bourbon, cognac, and caramel nose. Taste has baker’s chocolate with vanilla, cognac, molasses, bourbon, and minor wet wood. Feel is the achilles heal: thinner and barrel character is fainter, malt work is smooth with good warmth but lacks depth
