Brewed much like a Kölsch would be, but instead was cooled overnight in our coolship before being fermented in stainless and lagered for several weeks.

Lively with a slight rustic quality and bite to it, seemingly from cooling overnight in a coolship. The likely introduction of wild yeast is subtle and unique, would like to sample on draft to compare for science.
