A couple weeks ago, we took our annual trip up to Hop Head Farms in Baroda, Michigan to pick up some of this year’s harvest of Zuper Saazer hops. We decided to make this Czech style Pilsner with some of the harvest.

Released 9/24/24; drank 10/4/24 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly see-through orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
A rough pour yielded a huge eggshell-colored head; a thick curtain of lace remained.
Cracked wheat, fresh corn & pine notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Cracked wheat & VERY dry pine flavors.
This smelled interesting but what painfully dry on the finish. Not one I'll seek out again.
