Mahogany tone, ample foam that sticks around for a couple sips then fades to a broken skim.
Mild aroma, light coffee, dry graphite.
Roast malt, light coffee, tart apple. Acidity is a little more prevalent than usual, possibly from a mixed fermentation.
Overall, it’s ok. A little too tart for a stout, but decent enough to finish.
