Clear bright amber with abundant foam in the tall IPA glass. Aromatic with mango, citrus, and a whiff of pine. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. This is perhaps the best fruity IPA I've had this year. It's not too sweet, not too bitter, not overly fruity. Tastes of mango and papaya with a dose of grapefruit. Plenty of alcohol but that doesn't show up in the flavor. Aftertaste is plenty bitter but the aromatics last long as well. Overall this is a clean, flavorful hoppy brew for sipping and savoring the hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
