well its not as bad as carlton thats for sure, but only just. do we really need another brewey turning out rubbish? the fact these come in 440ml cans screams high school kids lookin to get drunk only something alcoholic who cant afford the regular stuff. it really is a bit cheap and nasty.
does look ok. golden color, nice head, but the smell is horrid. problem is when you smell it you see the color in a whole new light. it has an intensely stong metallic scent, even for a canned beer, and this was only topped by the aroma of tom cat spray. totally pungent. the taste is of like nature, reminded me of an unfortunate incident i had in the bath as a young boy. i wonder if they decided to try and brew a beer with adjuncts only. if this aint laden with rice and corn ive never seen smelled or tasted it. the bitterness was high, but i dont think it had anything to do with hops. i dont know where it comes from, but it wasnt hops. perhaps they put some metal shavings in there or something? it felt like there was a refund coming just around the corner every time i sipped it.
this beer is so bad, i didnt bother to finish it. i hope these guys go out of business sooner rather than later. more than likely CUB will buy them out. which is a bit amusing. at least they wouldnt have to go too far to turn this to their usual shite, as thevy managed with all the other beers theyve got their hands on. a wart on the butt of aussie brewers.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
