Morena IPA is a particularly hoppy beer (twelve hops), which reflects the classic English style of the 17th century IPAs. Beer with an amber color, bitter but pleasant, with a soft and fresh body, with citrus, tropical, floral and spicy scents.

Birra Morena "IPA"
33 cl. brown glass bottle
Notes: This is an English-style IPA brewed with 12 different hop varieties.
Look: Hazy (it's bottle conditioned) deep-amber colored body beneath a short cap of off-white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Bready and toasty malt, and herbal hops.
Taste: The bready and lightly toasty malt remains. It's also fruity with apple, probably from the yeast, and the hops are a bit more complex with some mild citrus and soft spiciness. A solid bitterness of around 50 IBUs balances it and brings it to a bitter and herbal, dry finish.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp with a fine-bubbled carbonation.
